California Home Realty Property Management has a different approach to finding good tenants. We use a scoring system, what does that mean to you the tenant, several things, 1. Credit Scores are not the deciding factor in our decision. 2. We rent to good people, not numbers. 3. A stable job could be all you need to live in one of our fine homes.

We also have many tenant buyer programs, and lease to own, or rent to own. These programs are great for someone rebuilding their credit but still wants to buy a home for their family.

Don't get us wrong we are here to make our investors money but the difference is we have realized that it takes good tenants to do that and not numbers like many of the others. We look for win - win situations. To this day it has worked very well. We look forward to talking with you about any of our wonderful homes.
